William T. Peckh
am has more than 34 years of legal experience and has successfully represented countless clients throughout Austin, Texas and surrounding areas.
He graduated with highest honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 1975, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law in 1978. He was admitted to State Bar of Texas in 1978, and was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court (Western District of Texas) in 1980 and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, in 1981.
In 1985, he started his own practice, The Law Offices of William T. Peckham, in Austin, Texas. His practice areas include bankruptcy, real estate, business, debtor-creditor, probate, and tax law.
Mr. Peckham is certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
